This is the home page for LaCrosse Baptist Church, located about 10 miles north of Gainesville (home of the University of Florida) in the small country community of LaCrosse, FL. We are a Church dedicated to following God’s word through prayer, service and devotion. We welcome you to join us and be a part of the Lord’s family.

4th Annual Revival at Brooker Baptist, A Great Success
Revival is over and what a great series of speakers! Ron Kimberly, New River Baptist Association Director of Missions presented on Sunday night and talked about our attitude while praying. Are we really thankful to God for his blessing? On Monday and Tuesday night Pastor Joey Hay of LaCrosse Baptist spoken about not only praying during the hard times when we really need the Lord's help but also during the times of victory. He also spoke about diligently seeking God with our prayer life. That would be "diligently" as in do it all the time. Wednesday night Pastor Paul Samson spoke about the how important prayer is in our spiritual lives. The Lord calls us to pray without ceasing, but do we really do that?
If you missed one of the Revival evenings, or if you couldn't attend, all the sermons are on this web site. Just click on "Winter Revival 2018" in the column on the left side of this page, then click on the gray bar with the speaker icon to start the audio.

Revival Prayer Meetings
It is very Biblical, and appropriate, as we prepare for Revival to pray about it. As in the past, we will have prayer meetings throughout the week at 7:00 pm to ask for the Lords blessings on our Revival and prepare us to receive his word.
Monday we will meet at David and Candy's house, NO meeting on Tuesday, Wednesday our at church in the Lighthouse, Thursday at Buddy and Dot's house and Friday will be at Brooker Baptist Church.

NOTICE: Time change!
The Sunday Evening services will now start at 6:00pm rather than at 6:30. This is a permanent change that will help those families with young children get home a litter sooner to get them ready for school the next day.

Sunday Night Supper
The Church Council discussed if we should continue having Sunday Night Suppers, since participation has dropped off. The decision was made to only have Sunday Night Supper on those Sunday's when the Church Council meets and we have the Business Meeting. We will do this for a while and revisit Sunday Night Suppers at a future date to see if the congregation would like to start doing it again. We will post an update if and when things change.
